The objective was not only to increase ordered revenue, but also to improve the efficiency with which demand was captured across the Canadian marketplace, so growth could come without a meaningful increase in spend.

Execution

Nectar implemented a broader shift in campaign structure across the Canada account and tested additional targeting methods specific to the marketplace. Using a structured testing framework, the team identified which changes were producing the strongest results and optimized investment toward the areas showing the clearest gains.

This created a more deliberate path to scale than the previous campaign setup had allowed, while keeping spend growth effectively flat.
